DUI, Traffic, & Criminal Offenses

We all make mistakes in life, but that doesn’t mean we should continue to pay for those mistakes. The penalties for serious traffic offenses not only include the loss of driving privileges, but may even have jailable consequences. DUI/DWI charges are an example of such an offense. An experienced attorney can assist with navigating both Court and MVA proceedings. At Marsheck Law, LLC, we understand that mistakes do not define who we are, and will fight to protect your rights and driving privilege during this process.
